TIM
Tim had spent 15 years working within the drinks industry, doing his best Tom Cruise impressions and spreading the good word of Gin as an ambassador.
He decided to make a career change in 2019 - allowing him to pursue his real passion for working with dogs on a full time basis!
Tim grew up around dogs in the countryside, having Spaniels & Labradors his whole life as well as volunteering at his local kennels and now looks after Gus & Elsie full time with Beccy.
Qualified in Canine Behaviour and Training, he loves nothing more than long, fun hacks and ensuring that dogs get the very best out of their walks and time at day care!
BECCY
Beccy, one of our founders, now has a more behind the scenes role than when we first started and when not with us works as a physiotherapist on the intensive care unit at the Royal Brompton Hospital and lectures at St. Mary's University. When she’s not helping humans, as a life long dog owner she loves nothing more than walks, days out and cuddles with Gus & Elsie.
TERRY
Terry is certainly a firm favourite here at Bark Life UK and you'll often see him ferrying around dogs on their way to and from day care. He also helps out with walks and loves taking his gorgeous Vizsla Luna with him where he can. Terry has had a life full of dog ownership and loves being out with the pack whatever the weather.
GUS & ELSIE
Gus is a 6 year old Jug (a pug with a bit of jack russell thrown in for good measure) & Elsie joined the team in 2020. They LOVE going on adventures with Tim & Beccy, be it a hike up the hills, being dogs about town or even a visit to the beach! And being a well socialised pair they can’t wait to welcome your furry friend to the pack.
CHLOE
When the lock-down hit in 2020 Chloe's busy city freelance career came to a standstill and gave her the opportunity to try something completely new. Working with dogs had previously only been a pipe dream, but Bark Life UK has made it a reality. Previously grabbing every spare moment to spend time with her family dogs Archie and Fred, she now enjoys daily walks and cuddles with the Bark Life pack alongside juggling her own small business, Chloe's Cheese Club.
GAYNOR
Gaynor worked for over 30 years as a primary teacher in local schools and at Great Ormond Street and the West Middlesex Hospital. After leaving teaching she decided to take a new route and work with dogs. She has a very waggy-tailed fox red Labrador called Bailey who loves his walks and meeting new friends. Walking is something of a passion of Gaynor’s, regularly visiting the Lake District and exploring the fells with her family. You’ll see Gaynor out in all weathers surrounded by happy dogs.
FRED
Fred has always had an affinity for dogs and in the summer of 2021 decided the time was right to make a career change and start working with them. Originally a hairdresser (we’re yet to convince him to give grooming a go!) Fred now has an interest in dog training and behaviour and is hoping to pursue that in the future. In the meantime, he loves getting out for nice long walks with the Bark Life pack. His favourite breeds are English Bull Terriers and Boxers.
